Having used an old established Alfa specialist I was extremely concerned when the owners sold up, and the existing staff left! "Who is going to look after my Alfas now" was my cry
as I looked at the MOT certificate for my 75 with barely a fortnight to go!
One of my contacts in the local Alfa club put me onto Johnny, so off it went. Whilst it came about in conversation that Johnny was fully trained in the current range of Alfas, he was no
slouch with the older 75. It required a small amount of work to pass the MOT which was done well, and with such attention to detail that I no longer fear their being no decent independant
Alfa specialist to hand.
After that first job, I have had no hesitation in having work done on my Alfa SZ at the other extreme, he even sorted out my long term winter run around - the old Panda.
He has been happy to do both tiny jobs, and the big jobs, all with equal aplomb, so thank you Johnny!
Finally, as a Yorkshireman - he's "not too bad on price" either, and no I'm not a relation!
